All I can say is this Panera has always been a wonderful and pleasant place to come. I usually go through the drive thru and every staff member has been great, one worker even brought out my order (only a drink) because the 2 cars in front of me had larger orders. I just came from there and Vanessa (the manager) was the best, very apologetic when my drink was out of stock and even gave me a cookie for the inconvenience, now that is customer service that you can’t teach, either...
