I got a sandwich & mac n cheese, it was alright. The workers are slow and a little rude, but the overall experience was good. I would recommend but only if your nearby and want quick food.

I’ve been going to this same potbelly for almost a decade, since high school actually, it is my old reliable. Don’t know what to eat? Potbelly, just got done working out at the park district? Potbelly, just want something sweet? Potbelly.

These are my favorite sandwiches hands down. The service is not always the best due to so many of the employees being teenagers, but you gotta start somewhere!

Been coming here since they’ve opened….so like 20 years at this point lol. Hope they never close. I would be heartbroken. I recommend the Turkey and Swiss with everything on it + chips and a root beer.
