Great team! They always exceeded expectations!
The whole staff is so friendly and I am a regular customer for N & C for Arlington heights to take my family there and regular customer for N & C in Glenview as I order food for company once in a month or so. The Manager Mike is awesome guy very helpful and courteous and I never had a wrong order from them-

Noodles and Company, part of a small chain, serves excellent Japanese style cooking. Both table and booth seating are available. Counter ordering. Your meal is delivered to your table. The friendly, knowledgeable staff knows the ingredients in each dish. They can convert conventional dishes into vegan and will modify their dishes to the customer's requirements, whenever possible. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious options, including their notable Pad Thai and Mac n cheese, which are often served with generous portions of meat. Customers enjoy the soda fountain with hundreds of flavors, making it fun to try something new, though some note the meals are carb heavy. The staff is friendly and quick to fix issues, such as missing items or mistakes, often offering small treats to make up for inconveniences. Bathrooms are located down the hall on the right side of the restaurant. Parking can be difficult, sometimes requiring a walk of about a block. Despite some cleanliness issues, especially in the bathrooms, the friendly and hard-working staff ensure quick service and a positive experience.
