Salads are large and there are a few to choose from. The person I was with had a sandwich that he really liked.
Went here for daddy and daughter date nite. My 5 year old loves the Mac and cheese. I have celiac and enjoy the gluten feee sandwiches myself. End of day on a Sunday I get there. Place my order then am told afterwards that they were completely out of gluten free wraps. No biggy I thought. It happens. Asked them just give me back the money for my meal and let my daughter eat. Manager goes above and beyond. Comps both meals and offers to give me a lettuce wrap type sandwich instead...read full review

Based on the reviews, Corner Bakery Cafe is a clean and pleasant location with a gorgeous outdoor patio. The customer service is absolutely amazing, with staff like Alfonso and a very attentive order taker providing outstanding service. The restaurant is clean, and there is no waiting in line. The food is good, with favorites including the Chicken Pesto Sandwich, Salad Trio, and Breakfast Power Bowl. The DC Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad, and Mixed Greens are very good. They also have numerous delicious desserts, such as Lemon Bars, Pecan Bars, Cranberry Orange Muffins, and Sour Cream Coffeecake. The cinnamon coffee cake and caramel pecan brown are fresh and delicious. The meatball sandwich was disappointing, but the soup and a friend's sandwich were good. Corner Bakery is a great place for a great cup of cappuccino and dessert, and it is a great spot to grab breakfast or lunch with affordable options. Parking is close by.
