I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks per usual thanks to Mel (the face of the store)! As a regular at this location for well over 6 years - I have seen staff come and go. There had never been a more dedicated employee than Melissa. She has a true passion for what she does and as such has a broad knowledge of her craft. She is a superior barista, extremely professional and truly cares about and values the customer. Mel loves what she does and it is so obvious from a customer...
