Asked for spicy nuggets and got these instead. I had a feeling they were supposed to be orange but couldnāt tell at first because they werenāt yellow either like the regular ones are. These are brown. They didnāt taste spicy at all

Several times Iāve ordered from here and they leave out items entirely or leave out my condiments. Today, I ordered through DoorDash. I asked the dasher to make sure they gave me the condiments I asked for and maybe ask for a couple of extra because the app only lets you ask for one. The dasher texts me that they said āit isnāt possible.ā Then my order arrived with, you guessed it, NOT ONE of the condiments I ordered. I was so annoyed I actually called them and they had the nerve to tell me they āgave me what I asked for.ā No, you didnāt, and now DoorDash is giving me a refund. I wonāt order from this place again. You have THAT MUCH of an issue giving someone a side of butter and sour cream? Please. Look at this. An entirely plain potato. Are you kidding me???

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I asked for barbecue sauce for my French fries and they wanted to charge me $0.50 per barbecue sauce when they are free at every other Wendy's this is the last time I come to this Wendy's.

Night shift sucks. Had a attitude while taking my order I was in line for about 20 minutes before I decided to pull off. Because the line wasn't moving. I felt if I ate what they were serving, I would've got food poisoning

Iāve gone here consistently and they have been nothing but inconsistentā¦hereās the latest that made me want to write a review..I gotta wait 5 extra mins for my food..cool whateverā¦the guy tries running my payment twice and the second time it went through cool. After waiting for my food I finally get it and he says he accidentally forgot to charge me for my other nuggets so I thought heād give it for free..naw mans asked for the cash and when I said no he proceeded to take it out of my bag to bring it back into the store. Oh and they forgot my bbq sauce for the 1000th time. Like bruh do better.
