I placed my order online and tried to get my pickup time about the time I got off work. However, I got off early and tried to pick up my meal early. The manager on duty made numerous excuses why she could not fulfill the order. In my opinion she showed a lack of professionalism and lack of any customer service. She showed more interest in not being bothered and getting off work.

We waited for quite a while for the manager;I guess) to come in so she and the customer service girl could go to the safe to get cash. Manager left (four people in line wanting to order). Girl counted the money. Then she left again (maybe to put the extra cash in the back somewhere). Took our order. I went to get Arby sauce and catsup horsey. Dispensers were empty. Wheelchair accessibility: yes. no steps. there are very slight/small concrete "ramps" to get up onto the sidewalk to the entrance.
