“Ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza that was amazing. The employees were super chill. I would recommend that place to my grandma's bestie it was so good. If I said I was never stepping foot inside that store again I would be lying to you.

“I ordered delivery and got the new stuffed crust it was good that robust sauce is a little too robust for me but it's ok. I ordered tots with cheddar and bacon and the cheese and bacon was burnt so I didn't enjoy that and the 5 cheese pasta was not good this time I ordered it because it was good last time but this time I don't know what happened. So I was dissatisfied with the sides . But the pizza was good.“

“I don’t know what going on at the Pump house but things seem to be heading south. During the last several visits the service has not been good, especially if you’re not sitting at the bar. I’m sure they don’t have enough help like everywhere else. The steak I had this evening was luke warm at best. It looked like it had been setting on the counter at the grill for quite a while before it was brought out to our table. It’s probably time to start spending our money somewhere else.“

“1-23-2025 @ 4:55 pm the employee with the tan beanie on actually read each line on the receipt and checked to make sure everything was there. I didn't have to ask her for the extra sauce cup that is stored separately from the hot food order!!
The only down side was the sauce cups seemed low. I would rather pay extra and have them filled at least 3/4 full. For now I'll just buy EXTRA EXTRA cups 😆“

“I order carryout most times via the mobile app. The online/app specials make it worth while. So far, every time I've come in everyone is very friendly and attentive. The pizza has been made properly, it's fresh (I look at the tracker and arrive on time) & delicious!“
