Be sure to look around at the historical photos of Kinder's and it's family around the interior to really get a sense of love and commitment for this hidden gem. Don't forget to stop by during peach season for daiquiris made with local grown fresh peaches!
When you're used to the Atlantic Ocean, The Mississippi is the next best thing .... always find this place relaxing. Staff does not pressure you to leave. Oh the food is okay , beers are cold and mixed drinks tru to measure

Half of the excitement when you bring your family is the river especially if you come from St. Louis and go across the ferry. The food to me was reasonable and what you would expect from a small country restaurant but my 90+ year old Mother in law thought it was the greatest. She could get chicken livers and gizzards as an appetizer and then whatever she wanted. It is not a flamboyant upscale so called sophisticated restaurant, (not that I would want to go to one anyway), but...read full review
