“Our Illinois reception was held at this location and we were extremely happy with the venue, food and staff. After having been hit by a surprise large group during the day, I was concerned that the staff wouldn't be able to recover in time for our evening event, but it was amazing how they handled the transition! They managed all of our requests, and we got so many compliments on the food and service. Thank you for making it a special event for us!“

“My favorite place to eat in the Grafton/Pere Marquette area. Probably a weird thing to hoot and holler about but the enormous soft pretzel with cheese is probably the best pretzel I've ever eaten in my life. I always try to order something I haven't had there before and they haven't let me down yet!“

“The rooms are dated but were clean. The cost of the rooms is high for what you get. The pool is not heated and the hot tube needs some TLC. The sauna didn’t work. The staff at the lodge were very friendly. The location to the trails is great. Dinner at the restaurant was really good.Rooms: Very dated and need a lot of TLC. We had water damage on our ceiling and the room had an odd smell“

“We live in IL, but have never been to Grafton to visit. We visited the Aerie Adventures and the toboggan run...We rode that toboggan all day long (and we are adults! Senior adults!!!) The chair lift is great and has gondolas for people with mobility or height issues! The walks are wonderful...As can be expected some food and drink can be overpriced in Grafton township and resort. John Rivers on the "Aerie Adventure" made the whole trip for us. HE was the best guide ever, he is a real true "old hippy and gentleman". A great scientist and adventurer! We'll be back again.“

“I would highly recommend riding the SkyTour up to your wine and dine experience on top of the bluffs. They cook a delicious hamburger with generous portions and serve a great variety of wines. The service was great - the server was very nice. The vibe was laid back upscale. We ate on the deck - which has a glorious view of the river.I went back to try the Alpine Coaster - it's a must do. I would recommend buying the three ride pass - once isn't enough.“
