“Ordered for pick up. They put my order in the second from the bottom and put the sauce cups on the side closest to them then walked too the back. I had to get on my knees and reach to the back to grab them and slightly burned my arm on the top of the area. All while I know at least one employee saw me and offered no help.“

“My only issue at this point is the fact that when you spend over $20, instead of getting 20 points (that you've earned), they only credit you for spending $10! So in case you thought you was gonna to build up some nice points they're going to play unfair and require you to spend an arm and a leg to get crumbs!?!?“

“The Granite City KFC has always had very good food anytime that I went there, whether it was day, evening or night. They have a good speaker that you can hear people when they'retalking to you about your order, and all of their menu is on avery nice and well litboard that you caneasily see when you're deciding what you want to buy.“

“TERRIBLE SERVICE. The delivery was scheduled at 11AM. I happened to be in the store at 11:05 picking up a separate order when I received a text stating that my delivery at work would not arrive until 11:35. As I am standing at the counter, a delivery driver walks in to pick up my delivery. Why would I pay for delivery and tip on a meal that will be 35 minutes late? I had co-workers schedule their lunch around this. I was still charged for delivery and tip even though I picked the second order up myself since I was in the store anyway. I never received a call ack from management about my experience. Could not even get anyone to answer the phone the following day. Their service at this franchise is terrible.“

“So this location has been having its issues since the place first opened. I've only ever been here and actually ate about three times my first experience was horrible. The food is extremely high in cost. And 50/50 if your whole meal is actually going to be good and fresh tasting like it should be. I went to the drive-thru the lady was very nice, polite and she actually let me sit at the window and wait for my food instead of trying to tell me to pull into the lot next door to wait 30 minutes for somebody to bring it out. For that I'm proud.
Parking: Usually plenty of room to park.
Wheelchair accessibility: And wheelchair accessible entrances as well as parking.. which should very well be the standard for any business.“

“YUMMY!! I found my new hot wing place! These wings were cooked to perfection, the sauce was so,so, good and I can't say that enough! I ordered the 6 pc combo wings and fries the flavor was mild buffalo highly recommended. I ordered through door dash, the food was hot,fresh, and right on time. will definitely be a return customer!“

“I order from here often. Food is always excellent. Today I ordered their New Year’s Eve deal that was too good to pass up. They remade my pizza all because there was a flare-up with the crust and gave me both. Any other pizza restaurant would have gave me the first one, but this place strives to have the best customer service. I would recommend eating here if not for the food, then the customer service. You won’t be treated poorly!“
