Great customer service
The food is usually okay... BUT I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT IT THIS TIME IT WAS DRY AND I DIDN'T EVEN EAT IT...
NOT TO MENTION I WAITED FOR THEM IN THE PARKING LOT Alongside of several customers waiting. They failed to tell me that until they were handing me My change..

I got their Original Recipe Chicken Nuggets, They were the best as far as tasting 😋 but they are so small they should be called popcorn chicken.

The Granite City KFC offers consistently good food at any time of day, with a well-lit menu board and clear communication from staff. Customers praise the great service, bucket deals, and fresh, delicious chicken and sides. While the restaurant could use some updates, the food quality and portions are considered good value.
