i ordered a smores blizzard.. and isn't supposed to have bits & pieces graham crackers in it? Well.. it didn't!!! Dq. Do better. And they were forgetting our food .. I can't say it on here but..
I went through the drive-thru yesterday. The order was correct, a Cookie dough Blizzard. However, the clerk at the window could have at least said thank you. In short, I felt like I was a bother. I realize that we can't all have a good day, but customers are the reason they have a job. There are other ice cream places I can go.
The employees are friendly and respectful at this location. Also they get the order correct and done on time.

However, mistakes can happen with orders, leading to disappointment and dissatisfaction. Their Blizzard treats are a popular item, but prices may be steep for some customers.
