I went through the drive-thru yesterday. The order was correct, a Cookie dough Blizzard. However, the clerk at the window could have at least said thank you. In short, I felt like I was a bother. I realize that we can't all have a good day, but customers are the reason they have a job. There are other ice cream places I can go.
The employees are friendly and respectful at this location. Also they get the order correct and done on time.
I stopped in here for a quick treat on a warm afternoon, and it was a pretty middle-of-the-road experience. The ice cream was cold and sweet just like I expected, but the person serving me seemed like they really didn't want to be there and barely made eye contact. I also noticed that several of the tables were sticky and hadn't been wiped down in a while, which made finding a place to sit a bit difficult. However, mistakes can happen with orders, leading to disappointment and dissatisfaction. Their Blizzard treats are a popular item, but prices may be steep for some customers.
