the hours of operation are that of a bar which makes sense because the quality of food is honestly some of the worst I've experienced. after going to ables for 20 years, the last 7 years I have not been able to get through a steak taco without feeling queezy. sorry, childhood staple, but really needs to get a better quality of food

Abel's is the best kept secret in Grayslake! Great Mexican food, margaritas, and as of Jan 2023 they STILL only charge $2.00 for a draft beer!
