We made an order through the app an hour before we would pick it up. When I walked into the restaurant I was told that their cook had left and they would only be able to complete the order with extra crispy chicken. When I asked for a discount because this was not what we ordered we were told they do not give discounts. If they had known that the cook left before my order, I would have appreciated a phone call so that we could have changed our dinner plans. Very dissatisfied...read full review
