We got a latte, chocolate shake (cost around $7.50) and taro milk tea ($6.50) with bubbles.Me and my kids enjoyed the drink. Taro was the favorite as usual. The shake is made from ice cream, milk and ice. So when you drink, be careful and sip little by little, otherwise you will get brain freeze)))). (This picture is from internet)
This place is usually really good and I have ordered from here multiple times. However today during rush hour I ordered some bubble tea for me and some of my friends and our teas weren't made properly. I only noticed once I got home due to being in a rush. I ordered the milky taro and payed for the Boba. My drink had no Boba at all and my friend, who also ordered the same drink as me had little to no Boba either. It was rush hour so I understand since I also work in fast...
This was my first time ever at this type of establishment and I stood in line while 7 people passed me and no one greeted me. So finally I left. Although I decided to sit down across from this store once again I attempted to order. A short while later I had to use my voice to get assistance. Not cool but I think this place doesn’t realize not everyone knows how this works. Please be mindful of paying and waiting customers!!!
