“Empire Buffet is easily one of the best buffet experiences around. The selection here is massive and far beyond what you’d expect from a typical buffet.

What Sets It Apart
- Incredible Seafood Selection: Massive variety including crab, lobster, and clams that make it truly unique in the buffet space.
- Real Sushi Bar: They serve legitimate sushi, rolls, and sashimi rather than basic, run-of-the-mill buffet sushi.
- Peak Freshness & Temperature: Because the restaurant is large and constantly full, food turnover is fast. Hot dishes stay hot and cold items stay cold.
- Attentive Staff: There are tons of employees continuously monitoring the trays. Someone stays stationed at the buffet at all times calling back low items to ensure everything is promptly restocked.

Atmosphere & Timing
It is a bit on the pricier side, but the quality and selection make it well worth the cost. The restaurant is almost always packed, often with a line out the door. We stopped by at 3:00 PM hoping to beat the lunch and dinner rush; while we were seated right away, the dining room was still 100% full! It's also a popular spot for celebrations where they bring a fun signboard to your table and play a special birthday song over the speakers.

The dessert section is good, but not quite at the elite level of their seafood and hot bars.

Overall, the quality and variety are fantastic. I barely scratched the surface of everything they offer and will definitely be back anytime I'm in the area!“
