also, Came through the drive thru at 10:24am, told to pull around for my food and I ended up walking in at 10:33 and my food had been sitting there since 10:27. really?

This trip was a reminder why I haven't been to chikfila in a while. The service has gone downhill at most locations. The staff appeared to be a group of teenagers that didn't want to be there, the sandwich and fries were lukewarm at best, they forgot the kale crunch I ordered, there was no ice in the sun joy drink and the soup was spilling out all over in the bag.
Unfortunately this is one of the closest locations to me without driving 30 minutes. This is one of the worst Chick fil a’s that I️ have visited across the nation. The workers have the worst attitude, always laughing and gossiping with each other at the drive thru window and my order is ALWAYS wrong in some way (missing sauces, wrong sandwich, etc.) The owner AND manager of this establishment should be ashamed of operating such a crap show of a restaurant.

Good food. Fast drive thru. However every time I order a regular chicken sandwich I always end up with a spicy chicken sandwich instead.
I placed my order in advance on my Chik Fila app and went through the drive thru to pick up my order. After waiting in the drive thru a few minutes to pick up my order, I made it to the drive thru window and was asked to pull around to the other side of the building and wait there for someone to bring my order out. I asked to be compensated for my inconvenience with a cookie or brownie and I was told that they couldn’t do that by Jeremiah. Which was a LIE.. Because whenever I am asked to pull around and wait I ALWAYS ASK to be compensated and I ALWAYS AM… When I asked Jeremiah could I speak to the manager he said.. “I AM the manager “. Even though his name tag clearly said LEAD.. And he was wearing a red shirt just like the other workers. I pulled around and it took them NINE MINUTES to bring me my food out. I didn’t receive any compensation but I did receive a CARD signed by Jeremiah that said “YOU ARE LOVED”.. which I took as him being SARCASTIC !!!… I won’t be going back to THAT Chik Fila ANY TIME SOON…

The lady that took our order at around 10:30am on 2/5 is clearly not happy to be working here. The food was squished and they accidentally gave us the wrong order at first. Look at the sandwich
They didn't have anything to serve. They seemed to not want to service us. The Chick-fil-A in my town have full menu with a smile until they close. We will have to try this location another time to see if we have a better time.

Girl at the window with the braids that had silver in them was rude, did not listen, did not acknowledge anything I said, would turn right back around to talk to her coworkers, missing all my sauces. Had to ask twice for them and didn’t get what I requested.
