I’ve never written a bad review ever, but today me and my friend wanted chick filla n when I had ordered my food I had asked for a salad box so I could put my chicken nuggets, fries and Mac n cheese in it which I’ve gotten every time I’ve gone to chickfilla and never had an issue with it but today when I received my order I had no salad box (mind u it cost 1$ just to get it) so I went up and asked for it and they gave me a tiny little bowl that would not fit everything in it so I asked them for a bigger box n they said that that’s what I paid for n they kept saying salad bowl when I ordered the big box n the manger was incredibly incompetent n kept asking me if I had order a salad which I had said no at least 4 time n she said then that’s what u order to which I just took it n walked away I’ve never had an issue with this ever it was incredibly frustrating I’m start just going to the Kenosha one

Normally service is amongst the best at this Chick-fil-A, but today it was off. Ordered my desert through the app and it never came to the table. My lunch order was smooth a little wait, but we'll with in acceptable margins. I flagged an employee down and and problem solved did have to wait for a new root beer float but it was fresh.

Everyone here was super nice and welcoming, the place was very well decorated as well!! I believe it was Liz and Kirsten or Kiersten, they helped me and they were both really kind and helpful for my first time at Chick-Fil-A 🥰

Been here a handful of time and the service has been consistently bad. Ordered a peppermint iced coffee and they forgot to add the syrup. Went back to get it fixed and they just added the syrup in with peppermint chips and told us to stir. There isn’t even supposed to be chips in the coffee! It was so chunky and overly sweet. Seems like management has to work on training the workers better especially with menu items that are limited time only.

ordered one meal, and two sandwiches. given no sauces for the nuggets and then listened to someone referred to as “Gigi” having an attitude where the two young men handing out food told her to relax. food quality lacking, and rude servers will make me seek food services from a different location. this isn’t the first time i’ve had problems with either staff or food items being wrong/missing all together.

I was about to rate this with 1 or 2 stars, because I used to come here and order the mocha cream cold brew with shake base through the drive thru and the people there never understood me. This happened me 4 times. I complained and asked for a manager whenever I was on the window and a rude girl answered me that she was the manager and that they have never put shake base in the cold brew, she didn’t even know what was it! The next time, I even call at the store and asked for a manager and he understood me but when I came, they gave me the same thing that I didn’t want. But this time VERONICA in the dine-in saved my visit and made my day better because she understood that I wanted to change it with the SHAKE BASE. She said she saw it on tik tok and im glad she saw that😅. This is why I’m giving my 5 stars today. This location should have more people like her who is aware about the things that the restaurant has!

Ron has honestly made my whole year. His hospitality truly made me feel cared for. He brought out our food and we were missing a vanilla shake. He saw to it that we got one of true quality by making it himself. Ron needs a raise and a promotion as he truly elevated my dining experience to an unforgettable level. Thank you Ron, you are amazing!
