Culver’s food is good, and this location’s food is no better or worse than any other Culver’s location, but this location can’t get an order correct to save its life. No exaggeration, I’d say something is wrong or missing in the order 75% of the time or more. It’s mostly younger people working there, so the occasional error will happen, but when it’s this often, management needs to take a good look at how they’re training their staff.

I love Culver's. Their food is top tier quality. The customer service is always great & my order is always correct. They even give you coupons in your bag from time to time. I'll always visit them, especially if I've had a rough day. They also have a veggie burger for non meat options. Enjoy!! 💕

Culver's is a location that is considered to be not so much. A premium fast food chain, but a ethical and almost wholesome fast food chain, which is a rarity in north america, many will claim that they are the above, but few legitimately embody it and can honestly say bet they are uncontested in that category.
The shakes what are the embodiment of quality? And the custards are second to none. Yes, you can get a traditional burger or chicken sandwich, but we all know that's not the star of the show 8at Culver's.
The employees and staff are very accommodating, but what stops me from giving displace a five out of five, and almost didn't even get a four is the fact that their approach to their drive in is unique to the point of almost being annoying.
Some reason culvers wants you to be in a designated waiting area. Sometimes even if there isn't a car behind you, depending on where you go. Furthermore, even if your order is small instead of allowing for whoever's behind you to wait like in a traditional driving theater or pull off to the side. If it is extremely backed up, they will do it if it's even one person and it has gone into the point of feeling unnecessary.
On top of that, although no one is expecting every single fast food chain to have similar indoor layout and seating Culver's is unique in the fact that it feels so uninspired to the point of feeling boring even when I have my food while sitting in there, I almost prefer doing the drive through because there's something lifeless and empty. Even if there's a crowd in culvers due to their design aesthetics, boring me.
I assumed it was just me until I consulted about fifteen other culver eaters who frequent the locations, far more than I do. Turns out it wasn't just me.
But again, as I originally stated, we all know who the star of the show is this location and what's kept them in business so long.
THE FOOOOOD! more specifically, that magical summer time esthetic, that makes everyone in the world. Wanna eat ice cream? When it's blazing hot, get a milkshake, just because you're in between the months of April in August that keeps the money flowing in-and-in that regard, they are second to none in this country. And I almost literally mean that because Dairy Queen, as well as sonics, do not have the same feel or esthetics as well as ice cream-based dessert types are capable of rivaling a Culver's.
Your money is well spent here unless you're ordering something generic like a hamburger.
Pro's: The entirety of the menu, the service.
Cons: the unnecessary lack of expedience and efficiency with the drive-through, even if there was no one or a low count of consumers. Going through the drive-through.
The almost a hollow and empty sensation of boredom that easily arises even on a crowded day inside of this painfully plain indoor dining section.
But if those are the worst things about this place, then that means you should know, by default, their customer service and food quality, this second to none.
Dietary restrictions: Some items can be modified to reduce how calorie intense it is.
Have not explored or checked for non dairy options.
