I love DD coffee but yesterday at the DD shop on grand in gurnee there was only 1 person Only 1!!! And we had to wait quite a while very long line . He tried his best but not enough personal. What the heck happened???
I'm not usually one to complain. In fact, I'm extremely patient. However, I had a bad experience today at this location, an experience that I simply cannot ignore. Anyway, I ordered a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese which you would assume would be simple enough. However, I was proven wrong when 15 orders after me were prepared and delivered first.
