We're standing in line for a few minutes I behind only one person, and someone else walks up and person working here just starts speaking in Spanish to them and takes their order and completely ignores us. We just left, so incredibly rude.

The service was good. Employee was friendly and offered several samples to try. Serving size was decent. Unfortunately, all flavors had been setting there for awhile and did not taste fresh. Most had a dried skin layer on top which was very unappetizing.

Bad, really bad costumer service, I was about to try Bobble green tea with flavor, the person who was attending was really rude and arrogant, He was laughing and mocking about a question that I made to Him, if He is the casher or person in charge, He did not deserve this job, He does not know or have an idea what costumer service is, losing l lot of sales with this person here, I am Spanish, He is Spanish, think about the way He treat the Spanish people, so so bad, employee, was the first time for me, I will never come back.

I ordered a capachino boba with tapioca. It was awful it was very watered down and the tapioca was nasty. Also the woman that made my drink was not wearing gloves and after handling money, I asked if she would let my put the straw in because her hands were not clean. She put the straw in and didn't understand what i said. I would not waist your money here there are plenty of better options around for drinks.
The lady at the counter made my mango milk boba tea in 54 seconds, the fastest service I’ve ever had anywhere that serves gelato or boba tea. She was super nice too, and the checkout only took seconds (this may sound like a given, but you’d be surprised how horrible some companies are with their cash registers). With how the good the service was, I’ll be back to try the rest of the menu!
