One of the worst customer service experience in a recent memory. Seemed like extremely rude employees didn’t want to be there or just mad at each other.

I placed an Uber eats order to this location on Monday April 22nd at 8:08PM. While waiting for the order, I receive a notification from Uber eats at 8:43PM that my order was cancelled. I called the location and spoke with one of the two workers who were working that night who told me my order was cancelled because they don’t take orders after 8:30PM. I asked if they would take my order over the phone, he paused for moment before telling me no I would have to come in. I rushed out the house and walked into the location at 8:59PM. I asked for an Italian on wheat and the shift lead who was working responded to me saying “We don’t have an online order for Laura”. I said “I didn’t even tell you my name” he said that it was the same order that got cancelled. I said I know that’s why I came in I just spoke with the other employee who told me I could come in and place my order. The shift lead just stood there and looked at me and said “so you still want the sandwich?” I said yes of course that’s why I came here, if you had taken it over the phone I would’ve just picked it up. He began making the sandwich the no lettuce no tomato only the meat and cheese, I asked him where are the toppings and he says “oh you want that too”. I didn’t give this shift lead any attitude because he was acting like he would spit in my sandwich. They both start talking and telling me that the orders get canceled through Uber eats if they are placed on or after 8:30PM I showed him my phone and the picture attached here in my review I placed the order at 8:08PM; they didn’t know how to respond. I asked the employee who spoke with me on the phone who was in charge that night and he confirmed the one making the sandwich was his boss. The shift lead refused to give me his name when I paid. When I got home I reached out to Uber eats who confirmed there was a driver assigned to the order who was notified from the store they were out of stock in items. I advised Uber eats they were fully stocked when I got there ; I attached there response as well. Today I spoke with the manager Naubella, I asked for the name of the manager who worked Monday night, she stated she’s the only manager, and that it was a shift lead; she didn’t give me his name. She stated they take orders all the way til 9PM at closing; my order shouldn’t have been cancelled. She attempted to start offering off things, I told her I didn’t make the order to get a free sandwich and I don’t want anything for free. I let her know she has a employee in charge that’s killing her business, delivering horrible customer service also training her other employees to do the same. The owner needs to reevaluate her business and the employee as a shift lead position, I wouldn’t even hire him to just take out the trash.

Showed up at 8:15pm on a Tuesday night. This location is open until 9pm so it’s not like we walked in 5 minutes before closing. The employees didn’t even try to hide their annoyance that they had to serve me. Heaven forbid that they actually had to do their jobs! The sub they made me reflected their annoyance with me being there. Seems like a common theme in all these reviews…average food and horrible immature service. Save your money and go eat somewhere else. This place clearly needs new management. I’d give this place zero stars if I could.

Short version: Food good; in-store service abysmal. Long version: Arrived at 12 noon on a Saturday with four parties ahead of me in line (they ordered 1, 1, 2, and 4 sandwiches). AFTER 25 MINUTES IN LINE, I was able to place my order for 4 sandwiches, and 10 MINUTES LATER was able to leave with the 4 sandwiches, two of which were on white bread when we had asked for rosemary and wheat for them. 35 minutes of my time was spent there. Maybe there were staffing issues, but only one person seemed to know what they were doing and the other employees were not moving urgently during the lunch rush. Online / app orders seemed to be filled on time so it just may be that you should order that way so you don't spend 35 minutes in the store before leaving with your sandwiches. I will say that we all found the sandwiches to be tasty.

Joey was awesome, I goofed up an order on Uber eats for a friend of mine with dietary restrictions and he was very helpful in making sure we could get them fed. He handled an inconvenience caused by me with grace, respect and a wonderful attitude. 5 star service❤️

Two employees on 10/15/23 working the lunch shift were killing it. Super busy and they handled it so well and held their own. Subs were good too.

Jersey Mike's, I have had plenty of subs, but let me tell you. If you are hungry, get ready, and you have something special coming up. They have hot subs or cold stop in. But if you are a beginner, of subs, if I was you begin with the 6". Just a all out grate place.

Parking: Lots of space.

employees & shift leads are always doing whatever sitting down on their phones such as the shift lead below in the image, slacking, and basically just doing nothing except complaining and bossing new employees around cause they’re too lazy to do it themselves or cause they don’t wanna tell their friends they got hired to do it just cause they’re friends. very toxic work environment which basically consists of adult employees tattling like little kids, complaining 24/7 when the issue is themselves, terrible management, and shift leads acting inappropriately flirting at work. decent food thought but never work here.

Only 2 people working today, they had other teammates call out. These two were so swamped with orders so polite and apologetic for the wait. Food was delicious and they deserve recognition for working so hard.
