Needs to work on customer service. Leaving customers standing waiting while they take breaks in the back and talk instead of completing the order the customer makes no sense. Sometimes they don’t even speak if they get upset they have to work… like will completely just stand there instead of responding at all- which didn’t stop anyone from ordering and thinking the employee was too upset he had to work at all.

Came in here with my dad a week ago. Full sizr Subs are a bit expensive but we got 2 half subs and it was one of the best subs I had.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and this is the worse I’ve had. My meat was in chunks. The young lady fixing her back with her and proceeded to finish fixing the sandwich. What happened to the old manager? She was so nice, and my sandwiches were always done right.

Girl yelled at me after the guy that took my order said I could exchange ham for bacon. She wouldn’t make my sandwich without charging me more after I already paid. Super rude and went out of her way to not serve me. I don’t need a sandwich that bad! Will not be back!

The sandwich was hot but not tasty as I thought it should be. I had the cheesesteak. The restaurant was very clean and plenty of seating. Service can definitely be enhanced…they do speak but a smile/friendliness would a bonus.

The food was good. Ordered it before online and it was my very first time stopping by and ordering food. Customer service sucks. Lady at the counter (doesn’t have the name tag on) was rude, the music is too loud and I barely heard her. She was touching her face, phone, and was cutting the meat without washing her hands

I was just in 7:40 p.m. February 21st to pick up an order for Brian for GrubHub. The two employees went out of their way to not prepare Brian's order. Somehow, they think that our customers don't matter, and that is an unacceptable attitude. The girl in front was the only one working while the young guy just walked back and forth doing absolutely nothing. He even asked the girl what order is he waiting for, and she told him. He did absolutely nothing to facilitate the order. This kind of disrespect to the customer to GrubHub and me the driver, like I said, is unacceptable. I've never had a problem at this Jersey Mike's until tonight with these two lackadaisical employees. Oh, and lest I forget, the girl finished the order, but kept the bag placed on the back counter. Rather than me, ask her for the bag, I just canceled the order and left because I knew if I said anything, I would get some major attitude from her. I've been doing this long enough to know when an employee has an ax to grind . I hope the next time I'm in here that it's a lovely experience with these two, full of respect, courtesy, and good prompt, service, that we on this end deserve and expect nothing less than.

Update: The manager of this Jersey Mikes reached out and personally apologized for the inconvenience which I really appreciated. Put a ticket into customer service.
I have a hacked order via my shore points at this location and no way to cancel before opening, which is when the order is places for....

They are ok but I wish the tall guy stop eating on the line ! As you rung up the gentlemen you ate, then ate again before putting on gloves to go cook the meat ! Very unprofessional!

This Jersey mikes is literally the best one the food is always fresh they know my order soon as i walk in . I get the number seven it’s always fresh every bite I love it The manager is a wonderful cool person she makes everyone feel welcome , Clifford is a real vibe he made my sandwich very well the #7 from this jersey Mike in gurnee is amazing I mean that sandwich was wonderful I tasted every ingredient I couldn’t be happier , that Guy Tyler was nice also very productive conversation, very clean I sat down and I was proud to eat here . Oh yeah Sarah at the Glenview she ok as well but not not like this Gurnee store
