Spent $30 on a pizza that came with literally one piece of sausage and one piece of pepperoni per slice. Trash. You guys suck.

We have been a loyal customer of your establishment and I will say today’s order was absolutely awful, it was raw the cardboard stuck to the bottom of the pizza couldn’t even cut it, the salad did not come with dressing, asked for 2 dressesings . Sum it up just aweful.

Made reservations, checked in about 15 minutes early, and walk-ins were being seated ahead of us. Pre ordered pizza, waited 20 more minutes to be seated, and still waited 45 minutes before we got our pizza. Sausage deep dish did NOT live up to the hype. Sauce was bland and too was cool instead of hot. Many Chicago style restaurants elsewhere were WAY better.

Food has been messed up all three times i tried this location, and the staff was rude, waited over 20 minutes after my pickup time more than once.
The sauce and pizza were good, and the crust was hard and a little hard to get used to. The three cheese bread was delicious.

I had the signature Lou deep dish and it was very watery. The crust was the only good part. The chocolate dessert wasn't as decadent as I was expecting and also was very expensive. I won't return.
