Reading allot of the negative reviews they don't make sense East Gurnee lous is the greatest if there has ever been a problem it's been corrected. This is my go to deep dish

Made reservations, checked in about 15 minutes early, and walk-ins were being seated ahead of us. Pre ordered pizza, waited 20 more minutes to be seated, and still waited 45 minutes before we got our pizza. Sausage deep dish did NOT live up to the hype. Sauce was bland and too was cool instead of hot. Many Chicago style restaurants elsewhere were WAY better.

My experience was great except for the online ordering messed up my payment. Store manager Matt was very helpful and responsive in resolving the issue. Food was delicous as always.
