First time visit. Had a good experience. Rachel took my order and was very polite and personable. It was a pleasure chatting with her while waiting for my (to-go)order. While waiting, I also watched a team of employees work well together (even through the were short staffed). Our food was pretty good. Personally not a fan of the baked potatoes as mine was overcooked. Highly recommend the Cuban sandwich.I spoke briefly with the GM (Sunshine) and commended her on everything. People just don’t say thank you enough these days.Looking forward to returning.

Pretty good sandwich shop, quieter alternative to Panera Bread. First time herewith friends...the staff & owner were very friendly & helpful.Vegetarian options: Looked like lots of salads, macaroni, etc.I had a panini style roast beef sandwich, some macaroni salad & flavored tea. Allgood..thanks for the nice meal!

Shrink-flation continues with smaller portions and higher prices. Still worth the drive, but now I leave hungry.
We went in and placed an order for a gallon of unsweetened tea, and they ran out so we had to wait a minute for them to brew more. During our wait the manager was so nice and friendly, and offered us a cookie. Loved the service today. Also, she filled the gallon of tea up all the way instead of leaving a big gap at the top!

We contacted Syam to provide several meals during our Wisconsin Task Force 1 Urban Search and Rescue operational readiness exercise. Sam was great to work with. The menu selections were numerous and the food was delicious. Delivery was always on time and working through the billing process was very simple. Even when we had to change the location for the meals, Syam quickly made the adjustment and insured that the food made it to the new locations on time. The sandwiches were delicious and they were a part of a well-balanced meal. We would highly recommend Syam’s group to anyone looking to provide great food that is reasonably priced to their group.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for lunch today, order was completely rang in and made wrong. Called to request a refund as I was too far from the store by the time I had dropped the lunch off for my husband and his co-workers. Saya the manager, proceeded to yell, talk over me, and hung up on my twice. He further stated that I told him to go to hell, to which I absolutely did not say. He also said the customer is not always which right and hung up on me again. He said he needed to talk to the person that rang me in to get her side and I stated I just wanted the refund. He declined and hung up on me again. I went over his head to corporate and put in a formal complaint. Complete lack of professionalism.
