We went to McDonald’s on August 17th, and we were highly disappointed when we went in that day. At first we were waiting on our mobile order and we waited for over 15 minutes inside. While waiting water dropped onto my head due to some condensation on the ceiling so we moved from the spot. We finally got our order but it was missing multiple things! We were missing a happy meal, a 4 piece nugget, and 2 of the 3 cookies we ordered. We went back and the server got mad saying that she would call us when it was done. 5 minutes later we still didn’t have our food so we went up again and turns out the food was ready just not packed up. Horrible service.

Always a great experience at this McDonald’s! The drive-through service is consistently fast and efficient, especially during the morning rush. The staff is always friendly and upbeat, and the breakfast is always fresh and exactly what I expect. It’s clear the team here takes pride in great customer service. Came herr for a late dinner quick bite. Service was slightly slow, but the food was PERFECT! Fresh, crispy nuggets, perfectly salted fries. Good job y'all!

Told me to pull up and wait ..10 mins later I decided to go in because no one was coming out .I asked her about order she immediately said well where's your receipt...I said I never got order I never got receipt.it was a mobile order...I gave her the code again they looked it up and remade it no sorry or anything .then they made it wrong was supposed to have no cheese had cheese ...horrible experience
