The large fries were really large fries; they gave more fries than other locations. Also, I ordered using the kiosk and the service was very efficient.

My son got sick from eating here that meat was uncooked and my chicken nuggets were uncooked also. I'm not satisfied of this local of mcds they should do better. Especially with their service. I wouldn't buy any food here ever again!!! Check y'all food when you order.

I’m getting really tired of every time I go to this specific McDonald’s Its always the same problem. I order my food, go to pay and they ask me what my order is, repeat my order, pay. Get to the window to receive my food and then am asked again what my order was, read my full order and stuff is still missing. The staff is rude and ignorant. I understand mistakes happen we’re human but when it’s been every time I go to there it’s a problem. Why do you even have computers to read customers order if you’re going to just ask them what they ordered all over again and still get it wrong? There needs to be a change in management and or staff. I’m not the type of person to complain but this is out of hand.

Third time and out! I normally would brush it off, but really?!? I ordered a “Sausage McGriddle” at the drive-thru, received my order, got to my destination and start to enjoy my sandwich and they forgot the main ingredient… the sausage patty. Couldn’t go back to get it corrected. I did call the unit and they claimed I should have done something then.

Where do I begin. On my way to church, pull into the drive-thru and start my order. The employee must have been having a bad day, couldn’t understand the individual and had to ask to repeat themselves. Pull up to pay and what drab person. Wake-up! I receive my order and motor off, and then get to my location, begin to enjoy my breakfast sandwich (sausage McGriddle) and it’s missing the SAUSAGE! Can’t go back as I’m now at my destination. Really disappointed.

I'm just really so tired of our orders being wrong about every other time. I specifically ask for no ice in my drinks, and 50% of the time they don't read their bump board. Today we were only given part of our order, and when my husband went in to complain, the crew acted like we were the biggest inconvenience ever. They messed up our order, but yet made us feel inconvenienced! They just don't seem to care about customer service anymore!

Manager has the personality of a wet noodle and the customer service skills of a dead rat. Coworker went to pick up an order and told them the pickup info they forgot about him left him sitting there for 20 min. In that time the order cancelled because of time. They told him that I was the one who cancelled. When I went to go back to the restaurant the manager said oh well you have to order and pay again nothing else I can do at all. Even though everything was there mistake.

Went through the drive through, very clearly ordering a 6 piece nugget meal with a frozen coke, and a 10 piece nugget meal with a root beer. Intercom person confirms the order, all is well. I pay, but am not given a receipt. At the pickup window, they give me a bag with only a root beer. I said I also had a frozen coke, but said that was incorrect and wouldn’t give it to me. Pulled away, paid 17 dollars for a total of 16 nuggets, a small root beer, and a fry. At that point, I feel like the least I could be given would be the frozen coke I ordered. It ain’t my fault the person taking my order doesn’t know how to do their job 🤷
