Usually love coming here since everyone is so friendly and the food is great. Not sure if it was an off day for them but I sent my boyfriend to pick up an order I made online, he picked up the order thinking I ordered a drink with it, cashier checked told him it did not and that was the end of it, until on the way out the cashier not even discreetly.. loudly accused my boyfriend of trying to scam them out of a drink to his coworker.
If you’re gonna be rude atleast do it when the customer is gone, not still in the store.

I went to dine with my 7 year old like we always do as a family at mod for pizza when we arrived we were not greeted my 7 year old kept saying hi because she was excited and love to see them making pizzas. After 8 to 10 minutes I was finally greeted then rushed to the register but I was trying to explain that we wanted certain toppings on the 3 pizzas .I informed the cashier which was excellent and very friendly. Fast forward to pick up they tried to give me a burned cheese pizza I explained that the pizza was dark and burned and I would like another and the male from the oven kept insisting that only the toppings were burned but not the bottom of the pizza. Even the young lady agreed with me that the pizza was burned and kept apologizing but the guy became very aggressive with his words and flipping the pizza around to show me that the bottom was not burned . But isn't the purpose of enjoying the pizza for the toppings as well? Smh I have an autistic child and it was definitely traumatizing for her watching this exchange of words with this guy I demanded corporate number and then they decided to give me another customers cheese pizza which wasn't made how my child requested but we took it just to get out of there. This isn't the first bad experience since this place has gotten new employees but this was the worse. The old crew was nice warm and welcoming .

They had a delay because they ran out of dough. I would like to think it is because they had a lot of business, but I didn't ask. Delay was short and no problem.

The employee working the front counter while I was at MOD pizza today was very aggressive. It was as if she was angry at me for even being there. She barked things at me instead of asking me what I wanted. Made my whole experience very unpleasant. I won't be going to that location again.
Friendly staff. Recently many companies treat their employees so poorly that morale is non-existent. While I cannot confirm or deny how owners/managers treat their staff, I have always been impressed at the morale and friendlyness of the staff at this location.
