Was greeted by Kathleen (Katy) with the best smile, attitude, and patience a patron could ever ask for! Best customer service hands down. I searched the business cards because I was sure she was a manager at that point! She sure as hell deserves a raise! Keep up the great work!

Our waiter Bryan was absolutely amazing and was so kind. They were quick to bring our kiddos food out and everything was delicious.

Went there last Wednesday evening after driving 13 hours to get into town, Hostess was super nice, we were seated quickly. Our server seemed overwhelmed, felt like she was tending to her big top more then us 4. We kept our order simple, barely checked on us, refilled my boys drink once but the food made up for her end. Shout out to the cooks! Definitely have patience if going here!

My family and I came in for dinner and received the best customer service we've had in awhile. Staff went above and beyond to make my son's birthday special as well as pay careful attention to my gluten allergy. Special thanks to Arlan and Javi for making it a great experience!

This place has become a joke. It was a good place at one time. It is Olive Garden's responsibility to train the staff. It is not up to the customer to do it.

Last two times here haven't been great at all.

Had an item ordered that never came before. Drinks took way too long. Also the food took way too long. We ordered basic chicken parm lunch specials. The waitress assured us about three times that it was almost out. The fourth time she came around, said the kitchen is backed up. An hour after opening, at noon on a Wednesday. The restaurant is not busy at all.

After no entrees. Took another 10 minutes for our waitress to find a manager to void and manually enter our giftcard into the system. Manager brought us our receipt to sign, walked away with a pen.

Comically bad domino effect of unfortunate events.
