I haven't been to Olive Garden in awhile (maybe 18 months?). I was shocked at how much the prices have gone up while the servings have seriously shrunk(!) The eggplant parm and raviolis were SO thin paper thin eggplant slices and very little filling in the raviolis. For $18-20 for each entree, it was really disappointing. The taste was OK. Just OK. The soups were bland, and the gnocchi had a weird texture. The bread sticks and salad were still as good as always though. I did curbside. I don't know if the quality is better when you dine inside.

This is an example of a Olive Garden run right. From the fun christmas decor, to the attentive staff, to the good food; This was all around a pleasant place to get dinner.

This place has the worst staff & management does nothing to correct it. They sat us in corner of restaurant and nobody ever came. Flagged down a waitress and finally came. They took over an hour to get food so had it wrapped up to eat at home. And why did I drive to a restaurant? Ridiculous!!! Talked with manager didnāt seem to care. The staff have horrible attitudes. Decided to give it another try. Ordered curbside. Waited on phone 3 times over 20 min a piece. They just put you on hold. Finally talked with someone they took order. No one came out for curbside. I had to go in get the order and the young ladies have a snotty I Donāt care attitude! I will NEVER ever be back !!! Worst staff / management I have ever experienced!!!! Donāt waste your time or money !!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst experience Iāve ever had at any restaurant.
I arrived at Olive Garden and ended up waiting over two hours for a table. The manager on duty, āAMBERā, was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. Instead of helping us or giving any real update, she spoke to us with an attitude and eventually kicked us out after we had already been waiting for nearly the entire night.
We checked in around 7:00 PM, and by 9:25 PM, we were still not seated. I had my girlfriend with me, and we both were celebrating our 2 year anniversary. This situation completely messed up our night and caused arguments and stress that could have been avoided if the staff actually respected our time.
On top of that, I even saw a mouse inside the restaurant area, which is completely unacceptable and raises huge questions about the cleanliness and food safety at this location.
This experience was disrespectful, unorganized, and honestly embarrassing for a restaurant chain as big as Olive Garden.
I will not be returning to this location, and I hope upper management takes this seriously.

Surprisingly good for a chain restaurant! We had excellent service at a table in the bar area. Started with a sweet tangy signature cocktails, the rum punch was the best! I do enjoy a dinner that includes soup or salad, which they provide tasty soup options. I like the spicy Italian sausage in the Zuppa Toscana while my companion enjoyed the Chicken and gnocchi. We both had a Carbonara dish topped with their chicken fritta (crispy breaded chicken breast). Iād highly recommend this Olive Garden location.

ā Disappointing Experience at Olive Garden ā Comfort and Service Issues ā
We had a very uncomfortable dining experience. We were seated directly under a powerful, cold air vent that made it feel like we were sitting outside.
āWe notified our first server, Javier, who told the hostess, Emma, we needed to move. After an 8-minute wait, we told a second server, Aaron, who confirmed Emma was addressing it.
āDespite speaking with two different staff members, we waited for close to 15 minutes for a table change. Because of the extreme discomfort and the long delay in resolution, we decided to leave and dine elsewhere. The lack of timely action by the front-of-house staff was very disappointing.

Everyone was very very nice from the moment we walked in. We had a large party of 5 young children and everyone was so welcoming and patient. Our server was Nayo and he was so kind and patient and just all around great. Best service I've had at an Olive Garden!

I added my family to the waitlist at 520PM and the waitlist was estimated 26-30min. We waited in the car for about 15 minutes until we went inside. Waited 5 min to check in and confirm with the hostess I am on the list & I was told I was. Itās now 6:30PM. We are still waiting for a table.
Itās my sisters 12th birthday, we saw everyone crowding the front get a table before us. I asked for an update since the waitlist is STILL saying 30min but the parties are going up. NOW Iām told Iām confirmed and next on the list. Huh? What was the point 35 minutes ago with the hostess then?? Ridiculous. Still waiting.
