Don’t come to this Panera after 8:30 the quality of the soup is lukewarm and the Mac and cheese was so watered down it was soup (yes I’m aware I’m at a soup place but NO Mac and cheese should have that consistency) I drove 40 minutes for this I’m so sad.

The manager Sarah. Is a complete joke. I forgot to pick up my mobile order yesterday though the drive through. Comes to me with such attitude doesn’t even greet me nothing. Says it’s my fault for not picking it up and that I had to call. I understand that, but treat someone like a human being. Management is a complete joke. They hire adolescents.

I will never EVER order from this Panera in GURNEE. The woman at the window with all the tattoos on her arm ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!! Wow!! I have never been treated like this. I still treated her with dignity and respect but she couldn’t show one inch of respect and customer service. I am a regular at this Panera but today, July 9th, 2025 was my LAST visit to this establishment. She needs to be FIRED!!!! SHAME on you Panera for having such a rude person at the window!

Standard Panera bread service. The food was good just salty to my liking. Service is minimal/self service (pick up food, put away dishes/plates, etc.). Usually not a lot of people there so there is no wait the times when I visited.
We just got a Chai tea to drink here. A little disappointed because it listed 16 and 20 oz available , but was only able to purchase 16oz. Kind of strange to list 2 sizes available when they only allow you to purchase one size. My suggestion? Change the signage or make the larger size available to purchase. BUT the tea was delicious and retained the temperature (hot) for the time it took to drink.

When I first walked in the cashier was giving me dirty looks and wouldn’t speak to me. I ordered a plain sausage and egg sandwich to go they put everything on it I didn’t want and didn’t give me my cookie. I came here for breakfast at work so I had to go and can’t go back to get my refund otherwise I would. I threw out my sandwich couldn’t even eat it. Just a waste of 12 dollars. I’m not sure why they gave me these troubles.
