The dirtiest Panera Bread that I've ever been to. I visited at 10am on a Sunday morning. Many of the booth seats are ripped apart. In the same image of the torn booth seats you can see how dirty the floors are. This restaurant clearly didn't even clean up at shift end the previous night or even bother to clean in the morning hours. In another image I posted you can see the dust/dirt buildup in the air vents but most disgusting is the 1/2 inch thick dust on the lighting and pipes sitting on top of them. In the last image two of the napkin dispensers where empty and not replenished. Also noticed a lot of grime building up around the floor to wall edges. I could only imagine how disgusting the kitchen is. My recommendation would be to have management replaced and have employees retrained on housekeeping. Just plain disgusting. No excuses can be made by management. If management reads this, you should be embarrassed at yourself. -thank you!

This place is filthy and disgusting. Dust all over the overhead lights, along the floor edges, under the tables, seats are ripped, and every counter had trash/ crumbs on it. Food had dark brown avocados and when i ask for a replacement sandwich without avocados they still give me more brown avocado. This is the dirtiest restaurant i have seen in a long time and i travel a lot.

I ordered a drink and waited in the drive thru line for almost 20 mins, I left the line and went into the location just to not get greeted when I walked in and I received a warm drink. The customer service at this location is very poor and there is no sense of urgency!

The food looks (heavy on looks) hot, but I promise you it's not. It's actually ridiculously overpriced for some soup/mac that they can't warm up correctly. I understand it's not made in store, but come on. There's definitely a procedure in place to make sure the food is heat up correctly, which they most definitely do not follow. Its just odd because they use to have some really good days. My wild rice and chicken soup is nice and hot, mac as well. But that, is extremely rare nowadays. Hoping you guys improve on being more consistent.

Employees especially managers would rather talk and having a great time rather the serve customers. Went to pick up my order and nobody was at the pick up counter and l was just waiting and waiting. Until I asked on the other side of counter for them to help me. Smh.

There was a piece of rubber that resembled a torn gasket in my bacon mac and cheese. There where other pieces that where too small to see but had a disgusting crunch while eating the shells. Pretty disgusting.
