We were so pleasantly surprised with the lovely service! Both workers greeted us with smiles and were super helpful and kind. I couldn’t take the best picture but the portion was very filling and everything tasted fresh and delicious.

So going off the comparison between this establishment and PokeBowl, it is a night a day difference in flavor and quality of ingredients. Unfortunately between the room temp fish and not fresh toppings, it just missed the mark by a mile despite it being a dish that requires no cooking. First and last time trying this chain. Would rather drive the extra 10 min to PokeBowl.

I just had to share how amazing the staff was at helping me out. It was the first time ordering online and I had unknownly put Wasabi in my bowl, which I had unfortunately believed to have been a bad bowl. I was able to communicate with the staff and they were so kind and were able to fix my bowl for me after coming out of work. Absolutely grateful to the staff and love the food, will definitely always comeback :)
