Went to Gurnee mall location. Though Red Robin is my favorite, I visited this place first time. The restaurant was spacious and had great ambience. Food was excellent

Our waitress Madsyn was beyond great! She was attentive even when she had other customers. She made us laugh and had patience. The food and atmosphere was great. The assistant manager came and spoke to us as well. If I didn't live in Louisiana this location would be my regular. I haven't had this type of service in a long time. Thanks again Madsyn!! Give her a raise.

I love the Royal Red Robin burger with an egg on it! And bottomless steak fries. I prefer the thinner crispy fries but when it's bottomless, they're pretty good.

This is one of our favorite restaurants as a family to go to. I love that they offered us a device to hold our daughter's car seat right away and love they have changing tables in the bathrooms (in both men and women's), not all places have this. Our server, Alexis was amazing and so kind to us the entire time. The assistant manager made an effort to ensure our meals were delicious and overall, was a wonderful experience!

Great lunch deals!

Went In today with my family of 5 and this nice server whose name is Dania was super nice to my kids and I, we will definitely come back again. We had a super great experience and great server very mature young woman super respectful.

I recently dined at Red Robin and I had a great experience thanks to our server Dania. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked in often without being intrusive, kept our drinks full and made sure our food came out just the way we wanted it. Her positive attitude really made the meal enjoyable. Excellent service she definitely deserves recognition!

The waitress was nice but beyond slow. To go order took over 30minutes to get (after our table meals) when we got home.....only had half the meal we paid for. So I guess the company is in the business of charging for a full meal but not providing it.

Very loud music that prevented us as a group to be able to hear each other talk. We asked the waitress to turn down the music in our area and she did, which made the experience much more enjoyable.

Wonderful restuarant! As we entered we were greeted by a nice friendly gentleman. Our waitress was very informative about the menu and was very attentive. She brought the refills before we even had to ask. The food was perfect and loved the bottomless sides and drinks! We will be back again soon. My new favorite place to dine at!
