I absolutely HATE ice. And I asked for a simple drink. I asked for a Coke with no ice and instead, I got a Diet Coke with ice. They obviously didn’t listen to me. They don’t care if they got the order correct.

Service was a bit slow and the server was inattentive. Great food and fun atmosphere.

Need a special trip today to get some steak fries. Expected some hot crisp steak fries, but I got with some soggy lukewarm steak fries. Pretty much a letdown all around.

Bigger and brighter than any other Red Robins that we have been in. Katy was our server, and she was fabulous.

Went for the first time with my kids and our server, Mel had a heart of gold! She was very friendly and attentive. She had a smile on her face the whole time and made our experience that much better. Thank you Mel!

We are from Milwaukee & stayed in Gurnee for a few days. Wanted good food for a good price & landed on Red Robin. So happy we did. The staff was super friendly, especially our server Luna. She was FANTASTIC in every single way — knowledgeable, accommodating, fun & she provided excellent customer service. The salads were so YUMMY! Thank you for the delicious food & for making our experience top notch, Luna! You’re the best (please let her know) ?
