Depending on how well you know ice cream, Scoops & Kettle is a real treat in the mall. Never had the popcorn here which I heard is yummy but Chocolate Shoppe is superior quality ice cream.From the neighboring state of WI, if you've never tried S&K then you're in for some wonderful ice cream being Chocolate Shoppe is the best from America's dairy land.Definitely not cheap with food prices rising nationwide but my kids are well worth it. In any ice cream shop you'll ever visit, as soon as you see the CS emblem then you know you gotta go for it.Located in Gurnee Mills, this ice cream is easy competition against a couple of other high end ice cream parlors in Gurnee: Oberweis and Coldstone.If ever in the mall and in the mood for some deelish ice cream, S&K is a must. Better yet if you're in the mood for a cold treat and don't plan on browsing the mall, still worth the stop in.

When I visit the mall I always usted to stop at this place for Ice cream. I was there doing Line I went out the line to see the flavors and be ready where it my turn, and order the flavor I chose. A girl tells me you have to be in line, I answer her, I'm in line and the other person who is in line is with me and she got mad at me. I never going to buy Ice cream any more, is a lot more place where the customer service is so kind .I hope she realizes that her job is to serve the customer, not to watch who is in line or our of the line

My first time trying out their popcorn here. Had the cheese and caramel mix. It was ok, It even almost tasted like it started to get stale.
