Worst experience I've ever had at a gas station. Especially with a cashier. He was condescending and overall rude as hell. I don't recommend anyone go there as I will not return. Not trying to get In a fist fight with a cashier lmao

Pump didn’t work for me to pay at pump. Went inside and the female staff was rude/condescending. I won’t be returning to this location. Customer service is a major part of the experience. 2/10 experience

The store is absolutely filthy. Bathrooms are extremely nasty, especially men’s is like a zoo. For sure germs are everywhere! And, everytime I visit the store there’s usually only one individual that’s always cleaning. Had an opportunity to meet her Ms. Carsena white, very pleasant and works very hard. However, it takes a team players in a business like this. Thumbs up for Ms. White and 5 thumbs down for the men’s bathroom.

Cashier didn't ask me if I had a rewards card until after I questioned her about the price of the item I was buying and she didn't ask me if I wanted to sign up for the rewards card either

Most of the time I skip breakfast, but as I was leaving on a 10 hour drive I stopped in after getting gas. The taco restaurant in this location is phenomenal. Bacon was crispy, tortillas was warm. And shout out to Zach for his amazing customer service. Will be getting breakfast again

I am a cashier at Speedway on grand Avenue and I-94 in Gurnee and I just love my job The whole Speedway staff works really hard to make it a Wonderful experience for customers to visit ? I couldn't have done this job without the excellent training offered to me by the Store Manager Shannon ? This place is a very busy place and there are so many details that need to be completed ? Shannon never let's her guard down and addresses matters in a very professional position ? Thank you Shannon for the wonderful opportunity to work with such an exceptional team ?

Garbage cans always overfilled and the employee says they changed the garbage cans every shift all the garbage blowing around the parking lot place looks like a dump all the time and Six Flags is closed they used to blame it on Six Flags I think it's more pure laziness or poor management
