I just stopped by this busy little coffee shop in Gurnee and I have to tell you there’s some growth potential here. I’ve never heard of this place but they offer a streamlined product with nice interiors and quality staff watch out for this company. They could really make some moves with the right leadership.
Drink was good, place was clean, and staff tried to be friendly… I would normally give 4-5 stars for a location like this, but at 7am on a Saturday, the place was too busy for the 3 people working. While there were only 2 other customers inside the store, there must’ve been a lot of online orders because they were working so hard like chickens with…you know. They were so busy that I had to wait a good 3-5 minutes before getting service to purchase a mug. The stars don’t...
A lady named Joci was so kind, nice spirited and very helpful. It was another worker that was there as well (female with a bun and glasses) that was quite rude. She walked off and left us at the drive through when she saw my reaction something was wrong when giving me the drink. She didn’t bother to turn around and when I went in didn’t ask if I needed help. But Joci came in and saved the day. She seems like a very hard worker. Give her a raise!☺️
