This place expect you to use the kiosk to order because the lazy obese lady doesnt want to take my order. Kiosk is very dirty according to a test with fecal matters so no i dont use any kiosk.

This Taco Bell is horrible! The employees are rude and the food is very inconsistent. I ordered a bean burrito no onions and was given a bean burrito with only about a tablespoon of beans, sauce, and, no cheese. I ordered a burrito supreme and got a tortilla with a little bit of meat and absolutely nothing else on it. This is the norm at this Taco Bell. Horrible!!

Summer Heat Paintball

Says they’re open until 2, but after 1 they just hide in the back and hope you’ll go away. Came through the drive through at 1:29 and could hear the employees talking and breathing on the mic but they just pretended like they weren’t there. Sign was all lit up, lights inside lit up, menu out front was going , and the drive through mic was obviously also still working. They’re all lazy and I hope the manager catches them stealing time and fires them. Not the first time this has happened here.

Unfriendly staff. All the parking spaces by the main door were taken, but not one single customer inside. Employees basically expect all customer all day long to have to walk further instead of them walking further at the start of their shift and at the end.

Favorite location to eat with my family. I usually order the same combo but I appreciate when the cashier informs me of new food items. The place is always clean and no issues with my order. Thank you Gurnee TB for the great atmosphere. I feel after COVID people forget that every place is short staff and need to learn patience. They do their very best.

Grabbed a quesadilla and a water through the drive through. Just as we started to pull away from the intercom we saw a charge added to the order. What we paid we weren't offered a receipt until we asked. Pulled around to the front parking and looked at the receipt. $0.40 charge for a "side of lettuce". Went in to ask what it was for and the guy at the counter asked the manager at the drive through that rang us up.He charged us for water. WATER. Because "there's no button on the register to charge for it." Yeah, because charging for water at restaurants is ILLEGAL. And he gave me attitude about it? Dude you literally broke the law.
