3rd time I go and 3rd time food is disappointing. I keep saying I will give it another chance. Won't go back. This time I asked for medium well steak and it was well done. Mashed potatoes was runny and more like milk. Service was great
We visited for the first time tonight for my birthday dinner! The steaks were perfect and my daughter really enjoyed her ribs kids meal which says a lot because she loves ribs but is picky about them!
Outstanding food at this location! Excited to come back soon! Friendly staff too!
⭐⭐⭐ For the most part, our experience at Texas Roadhouse in Gurnee was good. We did not have a long wait, the food was hot and well prepared. My only comment is I have had their fried pickles many times in the past and they always use dill pickle slices. The ones we had yesterday were either sweet pickle or bread and butter pickle in the regular coating. The taste was terrible, sweet pickle slices do not combine with the kind of breading they use.
