Stopped in with my Fiance to have a nice Dinner in the area. Sat in the Bar and was delighted to be served by Michael Page the manager. He gave us great recommendations for apps and drinks and everything he brought was delicious. We all chatted how we Loved Fridays and was glad Gurnee was still open. Coming from Indiana all of our local Fridays have shuttered and I was glad to see one still open. Hopefully this one stays open as the great food and conversation we had with manager will keep us coming back for more when we're in the area! Thanks Michael Page!!!

The food was good and the service was nice but after ordering two $1.50 extra charge Cesar salads we were served the house salad instead. After being told once they were Cesar salads by the hostess we asked our server if we could get the two $1.50 charges taken off after being served the house salads and he was insisting that they were Cesar salads. We gave up and paid the charge but left feeling very gaslight, since when do Cesar salads have tomato and cucumber? there’s literally a picture of the house salad on DoorDash that matches what we got :| the server was still very nice, never admitted it wasn’t a Cesar salad lol but did give us a coupon so he was still trying to be accommodating. Overall we’re not too mad they were sorry for the confusion it was just a confusing experience.

Our server Nick was absolutely FANTASTIC, everyone had a smile on their face! The food was amazing as well!! we came in 45 before close and despite how tired everyone must have been they still delivered! I came from wisconsin for a little trip and i couldnt have been happier with ending it here⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They don't honor coupons that the waiter approved when ordering food. It was a total bait and switch. We were absolutely over charged. The manager, Mike, was rude and very unhelpful.

Service takes WAY too long!!!! And I should NOT have to track down the server to order or pay the bill. The music is horrible for dining. We are here to dine, the music was too loud, and it is not a club, so techno trance is really not conducive for dining. The manager looks sloppy and un-hygienic and seemed to be rude. I used to manage a restaurant and I am embarrassed for this store. The Gurnee TGI Fridays needs a serious revamp.
I could see why this place doesn’t have a lot of people there. The girl up front was nice but the guy at the bar I’m not sure if he was having a bad day but guy seemed like he doesn’t like his job. I didn’t even want to end up ordering my food from there. I’ve lived in Gurnee for 15 years never seen this place so empty or this terrible. Good luck guys
Service was atrociously slow. It took almost 30 minutes to get our appetizers and then the main dishes showed up while we were still eating the appetizers. Terrible timing. The food was just OK minus. The main dishes were not very tasty, quite a disappointment. This is probably my last visit to TGI Fridays.
