I ordered food by phone and picked it up 20 minutes later. The order was wrong, it was missing the sides that come with the sandwich. No napkins, no utensils given. I asked and double checked with them and they ensured me everything was there. Bad dinner night.

Ate outside. Enjoyed appetizers ( giant pretzel and loaded French fries!). Enjoyed dining Al fresco and had a drink while waiting for kids to be done at Great America very close by. Great service great food. Inside looked fun but wanted to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather.

The waitress Hailey was wonderful. My son ordered a dish that he didn't care for and they made him something else. They did not charge us for the original order even though they could have. Food was great but service that kind is very much appreciated.
