Food is dry and management/service bad. The pork nachos had no meat and what appeared to be crusty dry mystery scraps. The waiter and manager couldn’t care less. The manager didn’t even come to the table. Clearly amateurs. Save your money and go somewhere else. Also tasted burnt and noone cared. The waitress could barely take the order. She gave the wrong drink to somebody at the table and expected them to give it to somebody else after they already drank out of it. Will be filing formal complaint with health department.

Sat in the Bar area our Server Kaylyn was exceptional! Loved the Rueben egg rolls. Orange chicken bowl was very good. A little loud with trivia night but still very enjoyable dinner.

What a great spot! I live in Chicago and met friends who live in Kenosha & Racine. It was an easy locale for all of us to meet up. Even better were the welcoming hosts, the perfect service from Eddy our server, the vast selection of food and drinks and the QUALITY of everything we consumed. We mentioned that two in our party had birthdays approaching. The manager came to our table and gave us two complimentary desserts and wirh a candle! Can't say enough good things. Superb!

I always enjoy visiting O'Toole's Gurnee. The staff is courteous and professional. Highly recommend the Big O'Bloody Mary, “Speakeasy” burger, Shepherd's Pie, and the Reuben Egg Rolls.

I love stopping here on our way home from the beach and catching a football game while eating some excellent and fair priced food. And even better they have amazing fish and chips!

Long wait, the place was empty. Long food wait time. Kitchen was banging on something thru whole lunch. Wings were chewy, Told manager and he didn't even care. Never Going There Again...
