corey and tasha are the best me and my coworkers always have a great time when we see them! the food and drinks are also outstanding i highly reconmend this place.

We had a great meal and service at O’Toole’s tonight. Grace is a great server, so attentive and helpful. We did apps and everything was great. Fine pub setting, seating was ample. We are staying in the Gurnee area for a few days and we’ll eat here again be Florence we leave. Side note, their ranch is amazing!

Ordered two caesar salads through Uber eats and both salads had no dressing. Called the restaurant and they said that I needed to call Uber eats to deliver the salad dressings but when I inquired how, the lady on the phone said she didn’t know how. It’s simple, I order a salad and I specifically added dressing. Mind you I spent $26 on salad. Seems like if someone orders a salad especially a Caesar, there’d be dressing

In my opinion, food quality is weighted slightly higher than service, and together, food and service weigh 80% of the total experience. With that said, my waitress was amazing. Cups never went dry, food was quickly brought out and she checked on us regularly. The food left a lot to be desired. I ordered some bone-in wings, which are hard to mess up. They were so overcooked, I could not chew all the meat. My wife got fish and chips. No flavor whatsoever, but edible at least. I've never paid for such expensive kids meals. $9 for a ladle of Mac n cheese, cup of apple sauce and handful of chips...probably a great place to go and sing karaoke with your drinking buddies but not really the spot if you're looking for some quality Irish-inspired entrees.
