“I LOVE stateline pizza, it’s my favorite pizza I’ve been a customer for a very long time. But I’ve been highly unsatisfied with the customer service when SHANIYA T. Works. Anytime I order food it seems like she’s working and her customer service is terrible. She always acts like she has an attitude and seems to be rushing me or my husband anytime we call to order food. I got pizza tonight and my husband forgot to ask for change once they dropped the food off. So I called back to ask them to make sure the driver had change. I said hello, I order pizza already and I would like and next thing I know she hangs the phone up on me, so rude. Like I literally heard the Click , and at this point I’m annoyed so I call back and she finally lets me get what I have to say out. But if the poor customer service continues no matter how much I love this pizza I will find another place to go.“

“We had pizza delivered to the Piatt County Animal Shelter, in Monticello, for our Volunteer meeting! They brought the pizza all the way into our building and placed the pizza on our serving table. The delivery was on time and we had great service from the delivery driver!!“
