I LOVE stateline pizza, it’s my favorite pizza I’ve been a customer for a very long time. But I’ve been highly unsatisfied with the customer service when SHANIYA T. Works. I placed an order to pick up here. I ordered a Medium Thin with Pepperoni, Onions, Crumbled Sausage, and Bacon. I also ordered an order of Garlic Knots in a 4-pack for $2.50 and a Ranch. I was told the order would take about 40 minutes. This place is about 30 minutes from me, so I basically left a few minutes after the call. They used to be the very best in town -- best pizzas and service, but, sadly that seems to have declined a lot. They seem to have suffered in recent years with ingredient changes and inexperienced service BUT the last few times we ordered there seems to have been positive changes made . . . So we are in the "we will see how things go" category right now. I will gladly change this review if the pizzas and service continue to improve.
