I'm not sure if this is where I am supposed to put this but Yesterday December 29th, I ordered online 1 pepperoni pizza and my pickup time was set between 6:52 and 6:57pm. When I got the notification that it was ready, I went inside to pick it up I believe it was bout 7:10 she took my money and then told me they lost my pizza so I would have to wait 20 min for another one. Dry pizza today
Placed an order at 7:21 and finally went in the store at 8:08. Waited In line for 10 minutes to tell the cashier what I ordered and how long ago, and she disappeared for over 10 minutes. They had stacks of boxed pizzas sitting on the counter and a lobby full of people waiting. Finally got my food at 8:34. This store needs better training, better staffing, or both.
