Just went through and I can say Anahi and Rosy are the nicest workers there! They had my food out asap and they were so attentive and sweet.

We had been on the road for an hour and stopped in for coffee. I had a question about redeeming points and the two employees were very helpful. I wish we had gotten their names but they were so helpful and friendly. Well done on the training for these two excellent employees.

Dunkin' has received mixed reviews. Some customers appreciate the quick service and accuracy of their orders, especially when walking in rather than using the drive-thru, which can be chaotic. Many have had positive experiences, noting they have received the best service in years. However, some concerns include a messy parking lot, loud music, and unhappy staff. Overall, it remains a popular choice for many in the area.
