“We only have gone there for their cookies. My son and I have cookie day Friday and we are there every Friday getting a cookie. The staff is introverted they greet you but it feels more of a transactional interaction rather than them making an effort to foster a conversation. But anyways my son is pleased with his cookies they always have creative designs! We’ve taken some in bulk for his daycare friends and they all love them!“

We had been on the road for an hour and stopped in for coffee. I had a question about redeeming points and the two employees were very helpful. I wish we had gotten their names but they were so helpful and friendly. Well done on the training for these two excellent employees.“
