Absolutely amazing! Live piano, ambiance puts you in another country walking through the door. Very friendly staff. Impressive place!!! Would support this over a chain restaurant any day! Two huge entrees, soup, salad, apple strudel, coffee for $60!! Not to mention the relish trays and veggies! Great pricing, great food, great staff, great ambiance. Well done! Will be back with more family.
A bit of a drive, but a nice, nostalgic German restaurant. Kudos to the husband and wife for keeping this going for so many years. Hearty German food is hard to find anymore, this place has it to spare. Give them a try when you are out in the far Northwest burbs.

We've been meaning to stop in for diner and finally made it. I must say that walking in on a Saturday night the place was lively. We were immediately greeted by the hostess and we mentioned our reservations but that at we also were not ready to take a table but would be at the bar to get us started.
