I've been to this Starbucks maybe 5 times now and usually my drinks are well made and service is good but I've been disappointed a few times. Today, for example, my short mocha had NO whipped cream and I was extremely disappointed because I rarely get it and I was looking forward to it☹. I ordered it with oatmilk so I think the barista assumed I wouldn't want whip but she should have ASKED! Like the store.. most of the staff is respectful and does a good job. My issue is with the deli: I order 2lbs. of creamy Cole slaw. The young man with the Michael Jordan tattoo on his neck takes my order.(MJ neck tattoo for real). He starts telling me he thinks it's disgusting and if I like it . Like I really give a $hit about this guy's opinion?? He needs to learn to how to do his job and not give his own opinion to customers.

Lately the store has decided to not have cashiers but to send you to the self checkouts. The last three times I was there, they had 1 or 2 cashiers with very long lines. Since I only had a few items the one time, I went to self checkout as there was only 1 cashier working!! I had to wait for a space since that was packed as well.
