I've been to this Starbucks maybe 5 times now and usually my drinks are well made and service is good but I've been disappointed a few times. Today, for example, my short mocha had NO whipped cream and I was extremely disappointed because I rarely get it and I was looking forward to it☹. I ordered it with oatmilk so I think the barista assumed I wouldn't want whip but she should have ASKED! I used to be a barista at a different location and I was taught to always...
