Starbucks Coffee Company has great staff who always greet customers as they walk in. The staff is amazing, sweet, and always going above and beyond. They provide great customer service, which makes customers keep coming back. The manager is nice, super friendly, and helpful. The staff gets drinks right, which is not common in other Starbucks locations. However, there was an unpleasant interaction with one of the employees due to a rude response. Despite this, the staff at this location is mostly friendly and helpful. Customers appreciate the extra effort made by staff members, such as helping with birthday rewards. This location is a favorite for many, with some customers even using it as a spot to study, launch their business, or create content. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company has a great team that makes customers feel special and appreciated.
