“We visited and tried the Vegan Gyro and the Vegan BBQ Tips, with sides of regular fries and garlic fries. The Gyro was very filling, so I saved the fries for later. The Gyro did have a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste personally, but it was good overall. The star of the show, however, was the BBQ Tips. They were very good flavor wise, and I liked the texture, but my best friend felt that the texture was not agreeable; they were very chewy, so it's mostly just a personal preference. The fries were good; we enjoyed that they had a sort of sweet aftertaste!“

“I had the BEST experience with Honey's Chicken! I had to place a large order for catfish fillets for my wedding, and the owner actually came out to assist me with the order. He and his staff were very nice and accommodating. Not only were they nice, but the fish was AMAZING! I had to scramble to make sure my husband and I had fish. I'm truly grateful for the service. “Much better since new ownership got settled in! No longer need to hire a posse to find a bean in the beans and rice. I used to call it rice and brown water. The spicy chicken sandwich has also improved dramatically. It's not presented as a slapped together mess anymore although it could use a bit more of the sauce.“

“First time going and everything was amazing! Fresh made to order chicken, cooked perfectly, was able to get all flats without any issue which is a HUGE PLUS for me. We tried the regular bone in and boneless and both were amazing as well as the hot Cheeto loaded fries. Udaya helped us, she paid attention to detail and I loved how she made sure everything was correct for us. Haven’t had good wings like this in awhile, we definitely will be coming back and intended to try their other locations as well.“

Haven’t had Barbecue like this since Alice on 43rd between Wabash and Michigan Ave. Moreover Alice , there’s a new Queen and King of Barbecue. It’s the best! Perfectly seasoned, juicy and crispy. Delicious mild sauce. After being disappointed by Harold’s over the years, this place is my go-to. Service is very friendly!“
