Maxey's Sports Lounge Reviews
Went to a R. Kelly for my bestie bday. The place was packed! Tre Holiday on the 1s&&2s. It was a vibe.
Not a bad place. Music is good and the staff was friendly. The drinks weren't watered down.
Seating can be an issue. They have booths that say reserved but if the bar is taken up I usually sit there with no problems with staff unless someone is having a party.
Had chicken wings and the seasoning wasn't bad but we could tell it was cooked in fish grease. Maybe they dont do this every night but they did last night.
Came up from NC last year for fam reunion, great vibe, great drinks pull up!

Maxey's Sports Lounge is a cool place to hang out and have a great drink. The music is good and the staff is friendly. They have booths, but seating can be an issue. The bar staff is very attentive and professional. Maxey's serves fish and chicken with fries, including chicken wings and fillet catfish. The food is good, with some customers saying it's some of the best they've had. The atmosphere is inviting and the establishment is nicely decorated. It's a good spot for watching sports and hanging out. Some customers wish they had more food selection on the menu, but overall, Maxey's is a great place to visit. The drinks are not watered down and are priced well, with some customers noting they are half the price of other spots. Maxey's also hosts events and has a great DJ, making it a fun place to be on weekends.
